Privacy Policy

When you register for a circle, you send me a few details about yourself. Here is what I do with them, who else gets to see them, and how you get them back or deleted.

Who processes them

I am the data controller. I decide why and how your data is processed, and I am the one you contact if something is wrong.

What I hold

Only what you type into the form:

• your name,
• phone number,
• email address,
• an optional message, if you choose to write one,
• plus which date you registered for and when you submitted the form.

Nothing else. I don't buy databases, I don't match you against social profiles, and I don't keep notes about you after the circle.

Why I process them

So I can confirm your spot, send you the details and let you know if anything changes. The legal basis is the performance of a contract between us, meaning your participation in the circle (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without these details I cannot register you.

If you sign up to hear about future dates, I'll contact you when I schedule one. That rests on the consent you give by submitting the form and you can withdraw it any time with one email.

Who else sees them

Only the companies running the tools your details sit in:

• Google (Google Ireland Limited) – registrations land in a Google Sheet.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) – runs this site and the function the form goes through. The transfer to the USA is covered by standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

I don't pass your data to anyone else, I don't sell it and I don't use it for advertising.

How long I keep them

Two years after the last circle you attended, so I can tell you about upcoming dates. Then I delete them. If you ask sooner, I delete them straight away.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, have it corrected, deleted, restricted, or handed to you in a machine-readable format. You can also object to the processing. Email the address above and I'll reply within a month at the latest.

If my answer isn't good enough, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores no cookies in your browser, which is why there is no consent banner. I measure traffic with Umami and Vercel Analytics, both of which work without cookies and without identifiers that could single you out. All I see are aggregate numbers, such as how many people opened the page and where they came from.

If something goes wrong

If there were a data breach that put you at risk, I would tell you and report it to the authority as the law requires.
